If only we were all lucky enough to attend a Chanel show looking so perfectly mussed. Clemence, once again shying away from blatant trends, slips on a simple navy blue knit dress and spruces it up with unexpected colored tights and chunky Maryjane heels. Sometimes, going simple really does make a bigger statement.

Perpetually chic French actress Clemence Poesy attends the Balenciaga show in a casual but pulled together outfit that us mortals can probably recreate with a few simple items. A gray blazer and purple scarf keep her cozy, and no-nonsense brown boots prove she doesn’t need to pull out all the stops to look this good.

Clemence makes an appearance at a Chanel fashion show but obviously doesn’t feel too pressured to get all glammed out. She instead keeps her cool in a look that would be just at home on the streets.

From her loosely wrapped scarf and oversized sunglasses to her skinniest of jeans and comfy flat boots, she exudes pure cool and proves once again that it’s not necessary to try too hard to look chic.

Clemence braves unchartered territory in this mostly black, but very unique outfit. She wears a pair of high waisted black gauchos that work due to their well tailored cut and the simple pieces she chose to complement them.

Her chain strap bag and open toe platform/tights combination, along with the classic button down shirt, add a chic French air to the entire look that makes me wonder why I ever questioned high waisted gauchos myself.

Clemence puts a very French twist on the classic “I Heart NY” shirt, layering it under a tailored wool coat and full miniskirt.

This girl’s always got her shades and her Chanel, but this time she chose some sweet ankle strap flats instead of her signature towering wedge heel. Either way, she looks charming and perfectly tousled, no?

Once again, Clemence proves that less is more with a pared down olive green dress and cotton khaki jacket. However, her Chloe sunglasses and quilted Chanel bag make sure to set her apart as a Parisian fashionista, if all the photographers swarming her weren’t enough of a clue.

Lagerfeld darling Clemence went boldly basic to attend a Chanel haute couture show in a black blazer and pleated minidress. She pulls off this simple look with the greatest of ease, and adds that extra dose of fabulousness with those killer platform wedges. Chunky shoes are officially back.
