Leighton Meester was spotted on the set of Gossip Girl in a bright yellow Tibi dress. She kicked off her heels and went the comfortable route in a pair of flip flops while the cameras stopped rolling. She added a black beaded necklace and a double strand of pears to her wrist to complement her ensemble.
